Cara brings a unique, well-rounded perspective to real estate, combining hands-on property management experience with a deep understanding of the Northern Virginia and Washington, D.C. housing markets. As a licensed Virginia REALTOR® and an experienced property manager in Washington, D.C., Cara has spent several years overseeing residential properties, advising owners, and helping clients navigate leasing, pricing, and investment decisions with confidence.
Originally from California and raised in a military family, Cara has lived across the U.S. and overseas, giving her a deep understanding of relocation and the importance of finding the right place to call home. Having experienced countless relocations firsthand, she understands both the logistical and emotional aspects of moving—whether buying, selling, or renting. This perspective allows her to guide clients with empathy, clarity, and practical insight.
Cara holds a Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Merchandising from Texas Tech University, and her professional background includes retail management, where she developed strong client service, negotiation, and organizational skills. She is also a substitute teacher in Falls Church City Public Schools, staying actively connected to the local community.
Outside of real estate, Cara enjoys spending time with her three children, yoga, live music, beach getaways, and walks with her dog, Coco.
