Steve runs a client-first real estate practice shaped by years of military leadership, government work, and deep contract experience. Originally from Chicago and raised in Colorado, he got his start in real estate as an Associate Broker in 1985, under the direct mentorship of a Colorado Real Estate Commissioner. That early mentorship gave him a solid grounding in compliance, negotiation, and always putting the client’s interests first.

A proud veteran, with a degree in Political Science (Pre-Law), Steve approaches transactions thoughtfully and strategically—especially when things get complex. He has particular experience helping military and government clients manage relocations, tight timelines, and high-stakes decisions.

Now based in McLean, Virginia, Steve works with clients who appreciate honest candid guidance, discretion, and strong advocacy. He lives with his spouse, Isabelle Jelinski, also a Realtor.
