Sungjin Kim

Sungjin is a Founding Partner of the Capital Key Team. She grew up in Vienna, VA and graduated from James Madison University with a BBA in Information Systems and English. She went on to work in Finance/Accounting for the next 10 years. She has lived in Northern VA for over 30 years and Montgomery Co, MD for 14 years. She has come back full circle and currently resides in the Town of Vienna where she grew up.

Sungjin has been a full-time Realtor since 2003 and has loved being able to apply her business and negotiating skills to helping clients buy and sell homes. She loves to navigate her clients through the stressful process of buying and selling homes. She likes to tell people she is in the business of stress-relief!

Sungjin is married with 3 boys and she and her husband are very active in their schools, at their church and in the community. Sungjin is a Washingtonian Top Residential Real Estate Producer, consistently in the top 10% of producers in her brokerage and is a member of the Agent Leadership Counsel in her brokerage.
