“It’s been almost 10 months at our rental property after selling our house last April with Sungjin. We had an area in mind where we wanted to be but because of us being priced out and getting outbid in the amount we didn’t expect in this market, we were losing hope and we were getting further away from our desired location. We would message Sungjin for showing every time we saw something pop up in the market (all over NOVA) and she was very responsive and was able to schedule us for the next available showings.
